ORDER - PURCHASE

Placing an order through www.muagreece.com constitutes the establishment of a distance sales contract regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended by Law 4512/2018, and as it currently stands. For the valid establishment of the contract, your legal capacity is necessary, and it is not subject to judicial assistance concerning the establishment of a sales contract. The company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders made by legally incapable persons. During the purchase and completion of the order, you are guided step by step by the automatic instructions of the system.

To place an order, it is not necessary to register/connect with your username and password. However, we would advise you to become a member, as it will be much easier to use the online store, as well as to communicate with the customer service department if needed. Even if you do not wish to become a member, you will be asked for personal information such as: billing and shipping address, email, contact phone number, details necessary for the establishment and completion of the contract between us.

For orders over 100€, Cash on delivery payment method is NOT available, only card payment options are available.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit/Debit Card

You can pay for your order with any credit or debit card (such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express) upon the cardholder's authorization. For each purchase, the buyer must also be the holder of the card being used. Using your credit/debit card for purchases on www.muagreece.com is completely safe, provided you follow the relevant instructions. You will be asked for the minimum necessary card details (cardholder's name, type, number, expiration date, card authentication number). The details you provide (e.g., credit card number, etc.) are entered directly into the secure page of the associated bank and are not recorded in our database, ensuring your security. The cooperating bank checks the above card details and electronically informs you of the approval or rejection of the transaction. Upon approval of the transaction, you are notified with a corresponding success message. If the transaction is rejected by the bank or the relevant network, then the purchase is not completed. Customers outside the Eurozone are subject to potential financial charges due to exchange rate differences, customs duties, etc., for which the company assumes no responsibility.

Cash on Delivery

The cash on delivery payment method incurs an extra charge. Your order is executed within 2-3 working days from its submission, delivery is carried out to your location by ACS Courier company, and payment is made on the spot in cash. The cash on delivery payment method is not available for shipments to Cyprus.
